Basic introduction of aerial work truck

1. In order to facilitate the precautions during the operation and effectively prevent accidents of people and objects falling from heights, according to the characteristics of the construction industry, in the construction of building installation engineering, various forms within the structure of buildings and structures The construction operations of openings and rim operations, suspended and climbing operations, operating platforms and three-dimensional intersection operations, and construction operations of various holes, pits, trenches, troughs, etc. on sites other than the main structure and beside the passage, as long as they comply with the The above conditions shall be treated as high altitude operations and protected.
2. The safety issues of scaffolding, derrick, gantry, construction elevators and various hoisting machinery and equipment are formed when they are used in construction, and their safety issues are handled by the safety technical departments of each project or equipment.
3. For the operator, when the person falls, the ground may be uneven. The fall height reference plane mentioned in the above standards refers to the horizontal plane passing through the lowest point of fall. The so-called lowest falling point refers to the lowest point that is likely to fall when falling on the working position. This can be regarded as the maximum fall height. Therefore, the height of work at height is measured based on the maximum value of the vertical distance from each work position to the corresponding fall reference plane.

Basic types of aerial work trucks

High-altitude operations in building construction mainly include five basic types, such as borders, openings, climbing, suspension, and crossing. These types of high-altitude operations are the main locations where accidents of high-altitude operations may occur.
Limbo homework
Limb operation refers to high-place operations when there is no enclosure along the working face or the height of the enclosure is less than 80cm in the construction site. The following operating conditions are marginal operations:
1. Around the foundation pit, unprotected balconies, material platforms and lifting platforms, etc.;
2. Unprotected floors and surrounding floors;
3. Unprotected stair openings and step openings;
4. Both sides of the channel of derrick, construction elevator and scaffolding;
5. The periphery of various vertical transportation and unloading platforms.
Hole operation
Hole work refers to: holes and work next to the hole. On the horizontal floor, roof, platform, etc., the short side is less than 25cm (greater than 2.5cm) is called a hole, and it is equal to or greater than 25cm is called a hole. On the vertical surface perpendicular to the floor and the ground, those with a height less than 75cm are called holes, those with a height equal to or greater than 75cm, and those with a width greater than 45cm are all called holes. All high-altitude operations on the edge of holes such as pile holes, manholes, trenches and pipes with a depth of 2m or more are classified as hole operations.
Building stair openings, elevator openings and reserved openings for equipment installation (when formal railings, doors and windows and other enclosure structures are not installed), there are also some loading openings, passage openings, and construction openings that need to be reserved for construction. If the hole is above 2.5m, if the hole is not protected, there is a danger of the operator falling from a height; or if the object is accidentally dropped from the hole, it may also cause an object attack accident to the people below.
Climbing job
Climbing operations refer to high-altitude operations carried out under climbing conditions with the aid of the climbing facilities on the building structure or scaffolding or the use of ladders or other climbing facilities.
Building and dismantling scaffolding around the building, erecting safety nets, assembling and dismantling tower cranes, gantry frames, well-frames, construction elevators, pile frames, and ascending and installing steel structural components are all such operations.
During the climbing operation, because there is no work platform, the operator can only climb on the shelf that can be used for work. It is necessary to use one hand to climb, one foot hook or waist rope to maintain balance. The vertical line of the body’s center of gravity does not pass under the foot, making the work difficult. Large and dangerous, if you are not careful, you may fall.
Suspended operation
Suspended operations refer to high-altitude operations in the surrounding air condition. Its characteristic is to carry out high-altitude operations under the condition that the operator has no foothold or no firm foothold.
The hoisting of components in building construction, the use of hanging baskets for exterior decoration, the removal of formwork, reinforcement, and concrete pouring at special parts such as cantilevered or suspended beams, rain sheds, etc. are all suspended operations because they are in unstable conditions. Construction work under construction is very dangerous.
Cross work
Cross-working refers to the high-altitude operations that are carried out at different levels of the construction site at the same time in the state of space penetration.
Setting up scaffolding on the upper part of the construction site, lifting materials, carrying materials on the ground, making steel reinforcement, or plastering under the exterior wall decoration, surface decoration on the top, etc., are all cross operations at the construction site. In the cross operation, if the material is accidentally touched by the high-level operation, the tool is dropped by the hand, or the lifting object is scattered, it may hit the operator below and cause the object to hit the casualty.
